1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging DISI TECH for website development, automation, or related services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply alongside any project-specific proposal or agreement signed with us.

2. Services & Scope

Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing (via quote or proposal) before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

Projects typically require an upfront deposit, with the balance due on completion or per milestones agreed in your proposal. Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

4. Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed and timely feedback/content from the client. Delays in providing content, approvals, or access may extend the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licenses, stock assets, or DISI TECH's proprietary automation templates, which remain licensed for your use.

6. Support & Warranty

Every project includes 30 days of free support covering bug fixes related to our original build. This does not cover new features, content changes beyond agreed scope, or issues caused by third-party plugin updates.

7. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, deposits may be refunded minus any administrative costs already incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

DISI TECH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website downtime, third-party service outages, or issues outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction over any disputes.
